An educator for more than 15 years, Alisa's experience includes being a tutor, teacher, educational researcher, curriculum
specialist, school principal, and now founder and President of Principal Tutoring and Consulting Services. Her undergraduate
and graduate degrees are both in education. Alisa also believes in giving back to the community as well and has
sat on the board of several local arts organizations. She also supports community organizations that foster the
education of children and families. Alisa loves to teach, and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member of The University
of Arizona as well as tutoring her favorite student, Jonathan. Host of a weekly radio program, "Alisa’s Education
Talk" (on Tucson's KJLL AM 1330), Alisa interviews authors and experts, and advocates for treating children with dignity and
respect, while being firm and kind, in order to teach responsibility and self-discipline.
Brian comes to Principal Tutoring with experience as a teacher, lead teacher and assistant principal. With a master's
degree in Teacher Education, Mr. Ross is well-versed in developing effective assessment and curriculum programs. Brian is
the proud father of Jacob, who will soon be working at Principal Tutoring and Consulting Services, as soon as he learns to
talk!

Stacy Rogers
Operations and Technology Assistant
Stacy has worked in the fields of education and business for many years, and has joined Principal Tutoring as we grow
and improve our services and technology. Stacy is especially talented in the areas of systems and support administration.
A native of Arizona, Stacy has called Tucson home since 1984. She spends her time with her husband and three children.
Phyllis has been involved with Principal Tutoring and Consulting Services since its inception. First as a tutor, and advisor
and now as our Director of Client Services. Phyllis' background as a business owner ("Made of Mud Pottery Studios,"
and "Back to You Chiropractic"), and passion about treating all clients with respect, will enhance our commitment
to providing high-quality services to clients and students from all backgrounds and experiences.
In every field Robin has worked in, from banking to medical laboratories, and from cable television to retail clothing,
she has always found herself becoming the designated trainer or teacher.When
her three children were young, she worked as a substitute teacher, and she started tutoring in a college writing center while
taking classes for fun.She finally decided to make a career of tutoring and
teaching.To that end, she is close to completing the course work for teacher
certification in secondary history and social studies.She brings her varied
background and experience, as well as her love of teaching, to her position of Regional Coordinator.
